How we work with you
As every client has unique circumstances, we have created a flexible approach to build a strong working relationship with you over time: listening to and understanding your requirements, providing wide-ranging, carefully researched advice and then delivering upon agreed plans. You will always be kept informed and be confident that your financial affairs are under control.
We deal with some of the most important issues that come into our clients’ and their families’ lives, so we believe it is essential to combine the personal care of a trusted adviser with the support of experts. Working together as a team, we are able to draw upon our specialists’ experience in pensions, tax, inheritance planning and other areas of financial planning as your circumstances evolve.
If you bank with Handelsbanken, your adviser and branch team will work together with all the elements of your financial affairs to provide a fully integrated financial service that gives you peace of mind for today, tomorrow and the future.
An experienced assistant will be assigned to you, charged with the day-to-day administration of your affairs, to ensure your needs are fully met.
Keeping you informed
We aim to ensure you always feel informed and in control. Every quarter you will receive a detailed investment report of your portfolio, with commentary and analysis. You can access this via Heartwood’s secure online service, which also enables you to keep track of your investment portfolios on a day-to-day basis, including their current valuation and any recent transactions.
While each individual experience will be personal, this illustrates how we may work with you
Building trust and developing value
Handelsbanken and Handelsbanken Wealth Management were recently invited by The Investment Association (IA) to contribute towards a short news-style film produced by ITN for the IA's 'Building Trust and Delivering Value' series. The film highlights how empowering employees is key to the company's future success and that of its customers. It was showcased at The IA's Stewardship and Governance Conference on 22 November 2018.
